Which channel to use
- You have a file and want a price
- Use the portal. Emailing a file means a round of questions before we can quote anything.
- You want to know if something is printable
- Email, or ask on Instagram. Send a screenshot or describe the geometry — file review is free.
- You have an existing project in production
- Email, and include your order number. Instagram works for quick status questions.
- You are a firm enquiring about ongoing work
- Email. See the Layr Studio page for what professional projects involve.
- Payment
- Interac e-transfer to print.by.layr@gmail.com, with your order number in the message.
Email is the record for anything with a price or a deadline attached. If a detail was agreed over Instagram, we will confirm it by email so both of us have it in writing.
Response times
Enquiries are answered within one business day, usually sooner. Quotes on submitted projects come back within 24 hours of submission, and faster if the file is clean and the request is straightforward.
If you are working to a deadline, say so in your first message. We would rather tell you early that something is not achievable than find out together at the end.
Location and delivery
We are based in Toronto, Ontario. Production runs in-house on our own machines — nothing is outsourced.
Pickup and delivery within Toronto are arranged per project once a model is complete, including delivery to firm offices. Courier can be arranged for larger projects. There is no walk-in counter, so please arrange collection in advance rather than dropping by.
Invoicing address details are provided on request for firms that need them for accounts payable.
